A $50 deposit is required when booking online as a new patient. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your initial visit, and the cost of your appointment is dependent on your insurance plan.
Cancelation Policy
24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to cancel with 24 hours notice will result in loss of deposit and/or the addition of a late cancellation fee.
