What pillows should I buy for my bed?

Using a proper cervical pillow is crucial from a chiropractic perspective as it plays a significant role in maintaining the natural alignment of the spine, particularly the cervical spine or as we call it in simple terms, the neck region. The cervical spine has a gentle curve, and sleeping with improper neck support can lead to misalignment, muscle strain, and discomfort.
