Beginner’s Series Low Intensity

60 Minutes - $80 for 4 sessions

This is a 4 week series in which the student will participate in one session each week - currently offered on Friday evenings and restarts every 4 weeks. Students will be enrolled in all 4 classes at the time of sign up and will be committed to the day and time they choose for the duration of the 4 weeks. The Beginner’s Series is great for anyone new to the practice of yoga – or those who just want to get back to the basics! This 60-minute class will guide you through foundational postures and encourage mind-body connection to support a continued practice beyond this series.

Gentle Low Intensity

60 Minutes - $18

A gentler style of an active yoga class, gentle yoga is done at a slower pace with less intense postures. More time is dedicated to warming postures, seated poses, and postures that stretch the body rather than strengthen. This class is great for those looking for a low-impact practice and is open to students of all levels.

Yoga for Low Back Healing Low Intensity

60 Minutes - $18

This class is designed to give you the tools needed to heal your low back pain so that you can get back to participating in life to the fullest. Moving through yoga postures at a slow and mindful pace, together we will build spinal awareness, increase mobility and flexibility in the back, while strengthening and lengthening muscles that support the spine. Open to students of all levels.

Vinyasa High/Moderate Intensity

Unheated 60 Minutes - $18

Heated 75 Minutes - $18

Vinyasa involves moving quickly from one pose to the next in a flow. As you move through postures and sequences at a faster pace, you increase your heart rate and work up a sweat! Vinyasa can help increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus.

Yoga and Meditation Low Intensity

60 Minutes - $18

Yoga and meditation is a class that begins with movement, supporting the body and mind in slowing down as we move towards stillness. This class ends with a guided meditation making it a great way to end a busy day or even for those looking for some movement with relaxation. Open to students of all levels.

Rebounder (Mini Trampoline)

Moderate-High Intensity

Rebounder (Mini Trampoline) 

30 Minutes - $12

Rebounding is a fun, low intensity workout on a mini trampoline. Exercises are set to music in a pattern that is easy to follow. Builds stamina and strength while activating the lymphatic system. 15-20 minutes a day is equivalent to running for 45 minutes. A full body workout! Suitable for students of all levels.

Mat Pilates

Pilates Workout

60 Minutes - $18

This class will guide you through a series of repetitive exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion with a key focus on the deep core muscles to increase strength, stability, and flexibility.

Guided Meditation/Weekly Intention Setting

30 Minutes - $12

Join us in a 30 minute class to help you create an intention for your week. An intention is a small phrase that reminds us of our deeper values and focuses on what you are looking to pull forth in yourself. We will explore what intention serves you best through gentle movement and a guided meditation.
